I’m also a real mom with real mom problems. Like going to the grocery store with poop on my shirt, walking around wondering why the damn store smelled like poop. Or brushing my teeth with diaper cream because I was so tired and distracted. True story!

I’m a catalyst for transformation. You can learn all day long about building funnels, creating lead magnets, launching programs and more, BUT what good will that do you if you procrastinate for months on end because you don’t have the confidence to show up? That’s why mindset and confidence coaching are such HUGE parts of all of my work. I have a genuine passion to teach life-changing mindset shifts, because I know exactly what it feels like to live with low confidence and self-esteem, afraid to put yourself out there for the world to see and truly shine.

What’s My Story?
Born and raised in a middle-class family, in the burbs of Connecticut. I was pretty much a horrible student and teachers always wondered what the f was wrong with me. I actually had a dark childhood that I had to overcome. It wasn’t really until many years later that I figured out why I was the way I was. BUT….
While it wasn’t easy, I learned things we overcome in life make us who we are. We can either let them define us and bring us down or make us stronger. I’ve finally chosen the latter.
After living in Vermont for the last 15 years, I just moved to Florida with my husband and our beautiful daughter. Together we have faced obstacles that almost broke us. I share these obstacles so I can offer support and show women they can rise too.
My daughter had a stroke while I was in labor with her due to a negligent doctor. This drastically changed the course of our lives. I went through a period of severe anger, hatred, and learned I had PTSD. But, what I almost let break me, instead I learned from it and used it as fuel to help me rise up. Every moment is a miracle, not to be wasted.
I am very proud to say that I use my dark circumstances, as well as my positive ones to help other moms overcome confidence issues and build dynamic businesses and lives they always dreamed of! Doing this is my passion and life’s work. I cannot imagine any better life!
Disney Nut Who Just Doesn’t Give a Damn?
If you haven’t gathered by some of my pictures and quotes on my page, I’m kinda a Disney nut. In fact, we got married at Disney in January 2019. Some people may laugh or think it’s crazy but here’s one thing you will learn very quickly about me…. I do not care what other people think. I am me. There is no one like me and there never will be.
I used to care. I used to worry. I was consumed by the judgment, opinions, and criticism of others. When I finally put a stop to that way of thinking…my entire world changed. I felt free and began to glow!
This is something that I teach all of my clients. Stop caring what others think. Stop letting people have that power over you! Be YOU and Do YOU!

I don’t believe in rules! It’s YOUR life. You make the rules and you design your business, the way YOU want!
I believe you need to love yourself more than anything. Be authentic. Stand up for yourself and your dreams. Be the best version of yourself. Show the world who YOU are! And never back down when you want something!
